Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or manufactured. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after the product is delivered to you.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Shipping charges will only be billed once (including for returns). No restocking fees will be applied for product returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear. Afterward, contact your bank as well, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
